There is no Kyle, only Sarah!
Alright, that may be a bit dramatic, but while Kyle takes a well-earned break and recovers from last night’s epic #SurviveSINISTER event, I’m pitching in and returning to my old stomping ground – the newsletter!
Did you take part in the #SurviveSINISTER event last night? It was fantastic, with dozens of horror fans and Sinister fans watching the film together on Twitter. As you can tell, I did indeed #SurviveSINISTER but only just. Find out for yourself as it’s in shops now!
Out Now!
As mentioned, Sinister is out now on DVD, Blu-ray and download. If you pick it up over the weekend, why not drop us a tweet with the #SurviveSINISTER hashtag to let us know what you thought? If you’re ordering from Amazon remember to tweet us when it arrives!
In cinemas today is John Woo/Michelle Yeoh martial arts actioner Reign of Assassins! More on this one in a mo…
Coming Soon…
The stunning Reign of Assassins has been announced on DVD – arriving in stores 25 February! The film has a perfect blend of action and romance, just like classic films such as Terminator, True Lies, SpiderMan and Speed! Co-directed by John Woo, you just know this isn’t going to be soppy though! So if Valentine’s Day has left you with a glut of rom-coms, pre-order this to freshen things up! If you can’t wait that long, head over to the forums to discuss your favourite action-romances.
Also coming soon is Barry Levinson’s terrifying eco-horror The Bay which hits cinemas on 1 March. In other exciting news, we have the dates for the next three volumes of Prisoner Cell Block H which hit DVD in February, March and April. You can find full details over on the forums!
Spartacus – Mondays, 10pm, Sky 1

Shameless Screen Entertainment
Shameless need your help! They’re thinking of changing the sleeves of Phantom of Death and Killer Nun and they would love to have feedback from the people they value most: their fans! They would love to see your sleeve ideas and drawings – if they like the covers they may use them for the releases, giving full credit to the artist. Head on over to the official thread to show off your skills now!
