Monday is going to be one busy ol’ day for film and TV fans. There’s just so many great things coming out! So, here’s a very quick run-down of what to look out for…

  • Spartacus: War Of The Damned - Recently voted as a better show than Game Of Thrones by The Telegraph, Spartacus is a must for tele-addicts who love quality shows like The Walking Dead. Gore and sex run rampant here among an emotional and action-packed plot leading to the ultimate battle.
  • The Collection – Like blood? Of course you do! Well, The Collection is a must see new horror survival/slasher that has more kills than in the entire Saw, Nightmare On Elm Street and Child’s Play franchises combined! One of the most frantic, action packed and extreme horror movies in ages. Check this one out!  To celebrate, we’ve been discussing films about the strangest collections. Here are some of ours. What are we missing?
  • The New Twilight Zone – Calling all Sci-Fi fans! The cult anthology show from the 80s is coming to DVD Monday in a gorgeous complete box set. Featuring every single episode with a truly spectacular cast, this box set is unmissable! Don your shoulder pads, stick on some Adam Ant and enter the Twilight Zone.

Coming onto DVD in the coming weeks is the new British horror film, The Facility. When a test drug goes wrong,  a new Hell is unleashed. Staring The Descent‘s Alex Reid, The Facility is a must, especially for fans of 28 Days Later. Visit the film’s official forum for more news and join in the convos!

Also out in a couple of weeks is the very last volume of Prisoner: Cell Block H. A cult TV show from the 80s that has just grown and grown over in popularity over the years. The show goes out with one of the greatest endings of TV history. Get your Aussie kick with the final box set. Don’t forget to vote in this week’s Prisoner Awards too!
