Out Now
This week saw the DVD release of the superb new British Horror, The Facility. Following the intense results of a trial drug gone wrong, the film is a must for fans of 28 Days Later. British Horror has produced some fantastic films over the years. From Christopher Lee’s Dracula right up to Shaun Of The Dead and now The Facility. To celebrate it’s release, Cult Labs’ fans suggested their all time favourite British Horror films. Click here for an interactive timeline of the greatest Horror movies ever made from the UK.
- Dead Mine – Coming to DVD Monday, is the superb Action-Horror film, Dead Mine. Staring Joe Taslim from The Raid & Fast And Furious 6 as well as Sam Hazeldine from The Raven, the film tells the terrifyingly claustraphobic tale of a group of bounty-hungry explorers, deep down in the mines…where evil dwells. Keep your eyes pealed for a very fun Choose-Your-Own-Adventure map coming out later today in celebration of it’s release. Don’t forget to pre-order yours!
- Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn – Calling all gamers! Are you a fan of the Halo franchise? Of course you are – silly question! Coming out soon from Anchor Bay, is the new live-action movie. Check out the trailer and head on to the official forum to discuss the franchise and the upcoming movie…

- Boy Nobody – Stepping away from movies and TV for a moment with this upcoming new book. Set to be the next big thing in the same vein as The Hunger Games, Boy Nobody is a gripping book that would hook any young reader. What was your all time favourite book growing up? Come and share yours over on the forum!
Shameless’ Film Of The Week
This week’s sleazy trip through the yellow catalogue of Shameless Screen Entertainment takes us to one of my personal favourite releases of theirs, My Dear Killer. A superb gillao with some inventive set pieces (digger, anyone?!). Head to the forum, re-watch the film and get discussing!
Well, until next time so long, take care, drive safe, don’t talk to strangers and always check under your bed!
