I don't have many to add to what has already been mentioned, although I'm surprised that Psycho hasn't come up yet (unless it has and I didn't see it, in which case I'm surprised that I didn't see it)
One of my favourite horror soundtracks is Cannibal Ferox, just for the ridiculous disco music. Tis great fun.
