You have a great point there.

A lot of people don´t know about the replacement scheme and they never will.
The only people who will be aware of this are the internet shoppers who travel through the forums or by word of mouth. Still, many retail UK buyers will have a defective product without knowing about the replacement.

A word to Arrow to try to resolve this in a good way was to send a notification to all online/physical retailers to notify their buyers of this replacement scheme. On the online stores, it could either be done by mail or by a notification slip on the package order. In the stores, employers should alert the buyers for that replacement.

I know someone is going to say that the stores won´t do that because saying a costumer that they´re gonna buy a possible defective product is the same as a no buy, even when the replacement is mentioned.
