Men Behind the Sun is definatley up there for me aswell. As is Iskanov's Philosophy of a knife which is based on the same events carried out in Unit 731, both very disturbing films, the latter is probably even more sickening than MBTS when it comes to the experiment scenes (although it's a bit of an endurance test at over 4 hours
).
