oooh my favourite subject, anyone who doesn't have, or has some of the below, check out the unfamilliar ones - they are gems...

House by the Cemetary - Walter Rizzatti
Eyeball - Bruno Nicolai
Nightmare City - Stelvio Cipriani, disco meets Iron Maiden (sort of)
Cannibal Holocaust - Riz Ortolani ***my favourite soundtrack ever***
Fabio Frizzi - The Beyond, and obvioulsy Zombi 2
Assault on Precinct 13 - John Carpenter (cold, minimal brilliance)
Ennio Morricone - The Bird with the Crystal Plumage / anything else he's done
Goblin - Tenebrae! The best song EVER - that crap Justice remix is an insult.
Trunk Record's Dawn of the Dead - superb library music, essential.
Popul Vuh's Dracula soundtrack (from the Werner Herzog film)
Don't Look Now - Pino Donaggio, fragmented but brilliantly sad in places.

My love for soundtracks matches the films - in many cases I actually prefer the soundtrack. The wealth of these out there is amazing, mostly Italian cinema has produced a shit load of brilliance.
