Started reading a very WTF book today - Philip Jose Farmer's A Feast Unknown. Oh boy. It's a VERY gory and VERY rude story containing characters which are obvious nods to Tarzan and Doc Savage. Each chapter is full of WTF quotes and it just keeps getting weirder. So far, in the space of four very short chapters, a tribal man has gutted a dog and proceeded to have sex with its corpse, while the 1st-person narrator explains how he gets turned on at the slightest bit of violence - and quickly does the same thing to the tribal man!

Sick and twisted beyond belief!
