If you've heard any 60's hits by the Beach Boys, the Monkees, Mamas & Papas, Petula Clark, Jan & Dean, Scott McKenzie, Nancy Sinatra, Phil Spector productions, Simon & Garfunkel, Richard Harris (yep,
Macarthur Park), 5th Dimension, Sonny & Cher, Andy Williams, Glen Campbell, Herb Alpert, even the Byrds (
Mr Tambourine Man) then you've heard Hal Blaine.
He even drummed on 70's recordings by the Partridge Family (someone had to), Steely Dan, Neil Diamond and the Carpenters.
