Anglais-friendly version? Maybe not. Just look here:
Giallo Blu-ray (France)
It states that only Italian and French Audio can be found on the Blu, the only subs being French (the site does not say whether they're imposed or not).
So unless you speak Italian fluently...

PS: You might like to watch it in French with French subs, too - however, the movie was originally shot in English - so why did they include Italian audio?
