I've watched
Psycho yesterday. The last time I had seen it - well, I can't remember, about a century ago, I guess. To be blunt: it is still overwhelming.
Fantastic black and white cinematography, clever script, good pace, a remarkable score, an outstanding performance by Anthony Perkins and - definitely some great inspiration for later movies. Why did I think of John Carpenter's
Halloween more than once during the movie?
