It's a tricky line though isn't it, especially since they kept Cogburn's eyepatch from the original movie, something which isn't in the original novel!
Oh, and I watched Resident Evil: Afterlife the other day. Woeful, artless, tedious, hideous nonsense. Not even good in a 'turn your brain off' kinda way. They should have kept all the slo-mo bits at full speed, that would have at least shaved a good 45 minutes off the running time. Also makes me sad than in 5-10 years when this 3D revival craze has presumably died down we're going to be left with looking at a bunch of films with constant shots of unnecessary items being flung into the camera. This makes me sad.
