Yes, but if you're in a position, like me, where you can only buy one or two DVDs/BDs a month, then yes, it's a big deal. If 50% of that month's investment is spent on a faulty product, then it's a VERY big deal.
Besides a Cult Labs rep telling us not to worry isn't really a reason NOT to worry....
