Yeah just watched it, Hal.
There is absolutely no way this film will ever pass in the UK.
And I very much doubt there would be any kind of serious discussions amongst the examiners in regards to passing it. The film will never be acceptable under UK law. The whole film is just endless sequences of extremely vile acts carried out by extremely obnoxious people. I really can't see the vomiting scene being passed. Thus far the BBFC have never actually cut such a scene but only because as far as I know, they haven't actually seen one.
So as far as passing this? No chance. I think they would be more likely to hand it over to the police. The BBFC work closely with the OPA to make sure what they pass does not infringe any obsenity laws. This film would probably be on the top of their list.
I mean seriously I have never seen a film that stands less chance of passing than this.
I'd love to know what countries would pass this and ones that would reject it.
It would definitely be banned in Australia.
I would imagine after January next year possession of this film would be a serious offence.
As for the film itself? It is just simply indescribably bad. Quite possibly the worst film I have ever seen.
