I know what you mean about Mordum being amateurish drivel. It's extremley immature in it's approach to it's very adult and extreme subject matter and dosen't seem to convey a sense of self awareness if you know what I mean.

It really is a very amateurish film which is unfortunate because I felt that August Underground, despite all it's faults, was quite the opposite. Vogel set out to make a serial killer film that was the antithesis to all the hollywood slashers that make light of serial killers and murder, personally I think he acheived that and made a genuinely shocking and realistic film. Mordum was just OTT rubbish for the sake of it.

Yeah, the way the three characters act so childish and just laugh at what they're doing wouldn't bode well in terms of censorship I imagine, nor would the fact that they get such sexual gratification from it. I thought the way they're seemingly invincible and just get away with everything was quite far fetched, I mean none of their victims even fight back (something Vogel rectified in Penance).

I don't know when I'll get my hands on a copy of Snuff 102 yet but I'll let you know when I do. The scenes you mentioned sound very nasty indeed. How is it filmed? Is it a POV/ faux snuff film like the AU series or does it have a narrative?
