The thing is, I doubt they got paid very much at all. I don't know how they managed to find people willing to do that, i'm not surprised they started vomiting aswell. It must have smelled really bad filming that scene
I heard that the director of Snuff 102 got attacked at a film festival where it was shown, I think it was because of the scene involving the pregnant woman you mentioned. It must be pretty bad to incite that kind of reaction, something similar happened to Fred Vogel if I remember correctly, I think it was when Mordum was shown at Cinema Wasteland and a hysterical girl attacked him and started screaming in his face because the film upset her that much.
