Yes the only cuts to The Other Hell were the opening genital mutilation and the stabbing of the priest.
Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory featured a (dead) chicken being beheaded during the psychedelic boat ride scene. I always thought this film did very well to get a 'U' certificate.
