I'm still laughing at the £79.99 price tag.

I think mine was under £4.

The best release of The Long Hair of Death is the French Artus dvd but that one's not English friendly.

Here's why:

The Midnight Choir Long Hair Of Death is exactly the same as the Raro print, but with only the English soundtrack. Not the greatest print and missing some footage (I believe). Can anyone remember what the BBC's Moviedrome screening of this in the 90s looked like? I'm convinced there must be some decent prints out there, but where?

I have both the Midnight Choir doubles and got them dirt cheap! Current prices are amusing me!

Diabolique magazine have been running a series on Italian gothics. The latest issue has a nice feature on The Terror Of Doctor Hitchcock. Now there's a movie in serious need of a quality DVD release!

Yeah I love these films as well.
Bava's BLACK SABBATH and BLACK SUNDAY are top of the pops for me!

The BLOODY PIT OF HORROR was a laugh though, wasn't it?

I've never seen BPOH, but by all accounts it sounds hilarious!

Black Sunday would look superb on Blu-ray.
