Automaton Transfusion (2006)

I have seen the below trailer for Zombie Transfusion on various different DVDs that I have rented.

It looks awesome, the gore the action, everything you'd want in a zombie film. However, I've read a couple of reviews that the feature doesn't live up to the trailer, and I was wondering if anyone here had any opinions as to whether it's worth grabbing a copy?
