 THE DESCENT 2005 Neil Marshall
Claustrophobic? Then you'll love this! Another winning Brit horror from the director of Dog Soldiers. A year after the loss of her daughter and husband in a road accident,Sarah and her friends take a caving trip. Juno,her best friend has a few unpleasant revelations up her sleeve though..... Any other fans of this? I thought it was a terrific film! What about the sequel,anyone think it was any good?

Loved this the first couple of times I saw it but repeat viewings since then have diluted my like for it. That said, the creatures look great and I love the way they move. Whatever I now think of the film it is great to see a British monster film.

one of the Brit horrors in recent years THE DESCENT is an excellent film and the UK dvd ending is a much better ending than the US one.... |

Loved it at first, but a second viewing showed up some clumsiness (character development mostly). Nonetheless, a decent achievement given the budget. The sequel was absolutely dreadful. |

Part 1 was great had the type of ending i love every 1s dead,lone survivor is Doomed. Part 2 is a piece of shit cash in that i hope they lost money on
