I can see a lot of people buying these though, irrelevant of whether they already have them. Steelbooks seem to attract the rabid collectors like wolves.
In some ways it's very smart of Universal to do this, as they are pretty much guaranteeing sales from minimal to no work on their part. It just saddens me that an important event in their history (you don't turn 100 very often!) is a big middle finger to the fans of film rather than pretty packaging (
