Yes, i believe so. At least a film can be perfect for the moment depending on your mood etc.

Some films which i found perfect or nearly perfect:

Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975)
At first the plot is flawless, beautiful yet disturbing, and always keeps you awake the entire film, great cinematogaphy and music which at times really gave me goosebumps. A perfect film to watch along with your morning coffee. Or you might prefer your royal tea partys?

Sunset Boulevard (1950)
Not much to argue about here. The bizarre story of the backside of Hollywood-fame, false hopes and guilty consiouness wraps up and fits like a han in a glove. Masterpiece.

In the Heat of the Night (1967)
A. Must. See. Very. Important. Film.
