Oh don't get me wrong, I don't mind films that stray from the source material, I just felt
Carrie was lacking some of the atmosphere and in particular post-prom carnage that the book dealt with so well. I do like De Palma's custom ending though.
As for
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, I've never read the book but absolutely love the film.
