The end of Season Two does meandre somewhat, especially the Civil War gubbins, Leo doing his Igor shtick and the awful shite that was Deputy Andy and his adoptee.
And I still don't know what the f*ck that Josie Packard/furniture business was all about.
On a whole though, it's great TV. Twin Peaks at it's worst is still better than a lot of TV out there.
And Billy Zane nailed it!
