I enjoyed
Murder Obesession.
Not top tier gialli by any means, but I preferred it over films like
Autopsy,
Bloodstained Shadow,
Forbidden Photos of a Lady Above Suspicion, and
The Pyjama Girl Case.
I'd say it was on par with the likes of
Case of the Bloody Iris and
Strip Nude for Your Killer.
