I've always been led to believe that the Japanese version was about 11 minutes longer.
I've had this movie on VHS and have the Directors Cut on dvd but I understand theres a longer version out there.

It'll be the same version as the Troma blu-ray, so the 85 minute cut. I found this regarding the Japanese cut -

Frankly these restored scenes would just make the film drag on a lot longer, so don't knock yourself out trying to track it down.
