The main issue here though s Sony itself. They seem to have almost given up on catalogue titles bar their gold series and big franchises. I don't think they've actually released one that doesn't fit those bills this year.
I think it would be more a case of a European company doing similar to TT or Image and striking a licensing deal with them. Hopefully that will happen as I really don't think Sony are interested at all.
