Beady eyes, Rik. Arrow have clarified this up, that is a slight mistake on the picture. It's not meant to be a DVD.
The Blu-ray is indeed 2 Blu-rays (the second of which is region free – if anyone is on the fence about being region locked for the moment they can at least enjoy the bulk of the extras straight away if thinking about going region free at a later date…)
