Roughale was a pronunciation help of my first name (Rafael) for UK Subs singer Charlie Harper, which I invented when we became friends in the early 80s, he had a very strange way to say my name, so I said "try to say it like rough and ale...." - let's say, the pronunciation was a little better after that
