Whisperer in the darkness is great. I saw it last year at grimmfest. Imagine an old RKO horror/sci-fi from the 40's using lovecraft as the source material. One of my favourites of the whole festival.
Then the H.P lovecraft historical society released an extras packed blu-ray available through their website (its region free btw!)
Anyone not wanting to pay out for that release should be aware that grimm films who releaased SOME GUY WHO KILLS PEOPLE are looking at releasing it (and some of the other HPLHS films) in the uk in the near future.
