As has been documented before on this thread, so have other companies that had to bite the bullet of replacement programmes. It's a part of being in business. I wouldn't begrudge them if they were making a fortune in profit, good on them. You have to take any bad with any good and it's always the risk. That's why QC is so important which is something they've consistently neglected!
