going to order house by the cemetery, as just gotten a email of zavvi that they no longer have this item in stock and will be refunding my money, even though i bought on the 3rd of january and it for was listed on website for £6.95, to make matters worse just checked and it is now listed but for £29.99, could this be the reason for a refund? are they even allowed to do that when i bought at a set price and they took the money and said it had been dispatched?
anyone know there contact number its no longer on website and they take days to answer email, not happy about this
