Well I have a certificate of posting plus a printed receipt of purchase of the original order, if Arrow then say sorry we've never had your disc so can't help you with a replacement...cue the next internet shit storm
For the moment, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but it seems one hell of a coincidence that people who used recorded delivery have their replacements already whilst regular postage users are left waiting.
