The Man With the Severed Head arrived today. I posted my BD back as soon as they announced the scheme, this freebie DVD has taken a while but I didn't have to chase it up at all, it just arrived. £15.00 for the ZFE steelbook, £1.85 recorded delivery later reimbursed in the form of this DVD.
