Never read anything like that,actually I don't think Bill ever called his customers names unless they had unreasonable/ungrounded complaints,tried to "pull a fast one" or like recently hassled him constantly about the whereabouts of their order (after only a few days).
I know he did call so-called customers and trolls/detractors names though when they pestered him.
Maybe this comes across as like he's venting about all customers but he's not imo.
