It Came From Beneath The Sea (1955) | I grew up watching Ray Harryhausen's films and the first that I can remember seeing was The beast from 20,000 Fathoms. In the first year of secondary school we read the short story "The Foghorn," by Ray Bradbury, that the film is (loosely) based on. As with most fiction turned movie the story bears little resemblance to the film. Try it as an experiment read the story, watch the film and pick up on any similarities, they may be few and far between.
