I don't really know,everyone is different.I myself like listening to commentaries and sticking the film on with the trivia track when it's a film i've seen a few times but most times the tracks are full of nonsense not even relating to the films themselves that you wonder why they bothered lol.There were commentaries on all 3 version of DOTD in the ultimate edition and I listened to them all
