The price point is the major issue (mainly due to the shipping cost). Unfortunately, money is finite, and there are loads of titles that I want to buy, so priorities have got to fall somewhere, and competitors who are releasing similar genre fare at lower prices are more likely to get my money.
No doubt it's difficult running an indie DVD label, but with wider scope to sell his product, I'm sure Bill could make a lot more money and price a little more competitively.
It's good to know that Bill doesn't include the value on the items he ships out, though.
