Yep... I read Rebecca & Sam Umland's Cammell biography earlier this year and it was one of the strangest director biographies I've read in quite some time. This is not a criticism of the writing - the book is excellent throughout but what made it unique among other director biographies is the sheer amount of films discussed within the text that
didn't get made...
It would be fantastic if this forthcoming release could include Chris Rodley's
Ultimate Performance documentary...
