I'm aware of the recent(ish) Schiff short, but haven't seen it. I like all Schiff's stuff really - 'Long Island Cannibal Massacre' and 'They don't Cut the Grass Anymore' are real labours of love, but still quite excessive, particularly the last one. I'm still peeved Image pulled out from releasing 'Vermillion Eyes', Schiff's last feature to date... apparently they thought it'd run into legal problems because of the content, a highly dubious claim considering it's a non-porn film in the context of a domestic American release. Would be nice to think his heart might be still in it enough to blast out another one.
I keep meaning to check out the Peter de Rome stuff and now you've reminded me I might well get on the case...
