I think a lot of it came down to a few customers who were impatient that they hadn't received their discs and filing Paypal claims only after a couple of weeks of waiting, sadly. I think he just decided it wasn't worth the hassle trying to deal outside of the US anymore - not that I'm defending his actions, as his business model is frankly a pile of shit.
Also be fore-warned that Scorpion will also be going the same route for some of their discs (Don't Answer the Phone, Don't Go in the House, Mortuary to name a few).
