Something like that.
That's exactly the problem with so many German releases- the variety of versions, due to censorship, rights only issued for the films, NOT the "original" German dub (which sometimes gets replaced with a cheaper, inferior re-dub in some cases of movie rights going from one distributor to the next) etc...
