If it is the version I'm thinking of it's not released by X-Rated but Simpel Movie a kind of sister comapny to X-Rated. It is pretty good nonetheless. I do like Bethmann's style of horror porn!
Evelyn is a decent giallo, (if you're into gialli that is) and I haven't seen the other two - I haven't seen many nunsploitation films! I know for one that Evelyn has a few different cover variants - which artwork did you get?
To be honest X-Rated's are pretty pricey everywhere. You'd be hard pushed to find them going cheap except from a private seller.
