Well last night I was looking at my American Ninja set and thought I need more Ninja films on Blu ray. I have Enter the Ninja and Revenge of the Ninja on order from Diabolik and ended up buying Ninja, (Scott Adkins), Ninja 2 Shadow of a Tear, Ninja Assassin, Ninja Kommando aka Ninja in the Dragons Den and Ninja 3 - The Domination.

Don't know if they're on blu, but I recommend both Ninja Terminator and The Ninja Squad (Godfrey Ho, dir) as they are insane hoots.
