Mad Max Road Fury is technically and visually stunning but, despite borrowing heavily from the 2nd and 3rd outings in the original series, fails to deliver a coherent, consistent story. Instead its a demented punk road chase which fails to achieve the highs of Road Warrior. I will look for an extended edition on blurry later in the year, because I am convinced with little more story this could be a godd, if not great, action film.
Disappointing.
