Not necessarily - even Grindhouse is not immune from the Italian DNR/noise transfer problems. The PQ of their releases of Cannibal Holocaust and The Beyond did not exactly leave the Shameless or Arrow in the dust, as some predicted that they would. Plus I read that although the Shameless Cannibal Holocaust is cut for animal cruelty, the documentary "The Road to Hell" is apparently uncut, but the doc is cut on the Grindhouse.
