I really need to get on top of my gym playlist (this is me saying I'm not procrastinating by not already being in the gym), it just doesn't flow, David Bowie is too slow, Bad Brains too fast. So I think it's time to start afresh by deleting everything on my MP3 player and working my way up. So far, these work;
This is nowhere near enough, half of these are only good for warm up rowing.
Where to go next? I need about 90 minutes total.
