Whilst I agree that a lot of the music doesn't really fit the tone of the film at times - ditto
Phenomena (although I guess in a lot of ways it does suit with
Demons being a bit of a mish-mash of a film anyway) - I think it's a great soundtrack in its own right and the Simonetti stuff is some of his best work... although you can rarely go wrong with Simonetti. I'm forcing myself to only choose one Goblin/Simonetti score for my Top 10 Scores in the interests of variety - an extremely tough call!
