I guess it could be considered neo-noir, although I'd see it more a s a heist film. It's really good though (one of Mann's best) so I'd definitely recommend checking it out. As for
Fargo, it's basically the tale of two thieves, a briefcase full of money and the police so fits pretty well with this week's theme I think.
