Your basic cop buddy movie with the twist of one of them being an alien that along with thousands of his people have now been stranded on earth and have been released into society with most of them living within L.A. Nothing we haven't seen before but the alien angle and the development between the to leads rise it above the norm. 7.4/10
Forgotten how absolutely brilliant this film is, we have the Rutger Hauer as a blind Vietnam vet who's goes to rescue on old war buddy who's wife was murdered while he was visiting his home. Rutger sets out to find and rescue his friend, with said friends son in tow. Hilarity and action ensure. Of course this wouldn't be half the film it is, if not for Rutger Hauer. 9/10
